What products are available from PRESTAN?

PRESTAN offers a full range of CPR Training Manikins and AED Trainers which are intuitive, durable, cost effective and provide immediate feedback. Our products have provided a feedback mechanism since their inception and all products with feedback devices meet requirements of the 2019 AHA CPR Feedback Directive. The PRESTAN Professional Adult Series 2000 Manikin complies with the Heart and Stroke of Canada Foundation's Feedback Requirements, effective February 2021.

PRESTAN also offers a full range of Training Supplies & Accessories including replacement lung bag / face shields, stand-alone face shields, training face masks & adaptors, manikin clothing, kneeling pads, and rescue barrier key chains.

Can I purchase PRESTAN products directly from PRESTAN?

PRESTAN products are sold exclusively through PRESTAN's network of Authorized Distributors worldwide. For assistance with finding a distributor, please click here.

Can I purchase PRESTAN products through Internet venues like Amazon or eBay?

Yes. Although Amazon and eBay are not PRESTAN Authorized Distributors themselves, most of our products are available from PRESTAN Authorized Distributors through Amazon and eBay. A complete list of PRESTAN Authorized Distributors can be found here.

If you purchase through these venues, please keep in mind:

1. PRESTAN Manikins are sold both with and without the CPR Rate Monitor. If you want a monitored manikin, look for it specifically mentioned in the title and description or for the part number to include an "M" after the "00", i.e. PP-AM-100-MS (non-monitored) vs. PP-AM-100M-MS (monitored).

2. Make note of the distributor you are purchasing from through Amazon or eBay in case you need to contact someone for questions or warranty - Amazon/eBay may not be able to assist you. You may also find the distributor information handy for lung bag and face shield reorders.

3. If you leave feedback, we hope it's positive, but please remember that seller feedback and product reviews are left separately on both Amazon and eBay. Your comments (good or bad) about the product and order experience are helpful, but each should be left in the appropriate places. What is the warranty on PRESTAN's products?

PRESTAN offers a THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use with respect to its PRESTAN TRAINING MANIKINS and AED TRAINERS.

Does PRESTAN have manikins that meet the CPR Feedback required for the AHA Feedback Directive (effective January 2019) and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada's Feedback Requirements (effective February 2021)?

Yes, PRESTAN Professional Manikins with CPR feedback meet the AHA guideline requirements effective January 2019.

The PRESTAN Professional Adult Series 2000 meets the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada's feedback requirements effective February 2021.
